Comparative analysis of methods of introducing fine perlite into cement composition

The article presents a comparative analysis of the methods introducing fine perlite into cement systems. first method is dry mixing additive with cement, followed by water polycarboxylate plasticizer. second based on powder stabilized suspension finely dispersed instead water. Before introduction studies its aggregation and sedimentation stability were carried out. It was found that suspensions 1-3% 0.3-0.5% plasticizer after ultrasonic processing, have greatest stability. There an increase in compressive strength modified samples more than 2 times at 1 day age 56% 28 days compared non-modified cement. When sample plasticizer, there 47% 19% age. Thus, showed obtaining using integrated approach composition water, allows to obtain higher mechanical parameters.
